My patterns are checked for any errors. I decorate my patterns with pictures and extra notes to guide you through each little step of the project. If you do pick up an error that sometimes can happen please contact me via email admin@yarnoverwithnatasha.co.za
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
I gladly accept cancellations, with a money-back guarantee on any of the following grounds:
- the product does not match the description
- product is of poor quality
Since my products are digital I cannot reclaim them once you’ve downloaded them so please read the product descriptions before purchase. You will not be eligible for a refund on any digital item that has already been paid and downloaded unless it meets the above criteria.

I just purchased a pattern, where can I find it?
The pattern will automatically open after checkout and payment is completed. If not, please follow the link to “How to download your pattern“
I highly suggest creating an account when you purchase a pattern so that you can easily locate your orders and downloads. You can create an account now.
Can you email me the pattern?
Yes I can, but only as a very last resort. It’s time consuming sending patterns manually, It’s not fun to do this often because I pay a lot money for the process to be automated; please try to find your pattern using the help above. If you ask me to email you a pattern, I’ll go through the above processes with you first to try and help you access your order first, using email as last resort.
I accidentally deleted my pattern file from my computer, can I have another copy?
You can download your pattern an unlimited number of times once you’ve purchased it! Just revisit your email you got from me. You can also log into your account for orders and patterns you have purchased. If all is lost, PDF file on your computer, you have deleted the email and didn’t create an account. You’ll, unfortunately, have to repurchase the pattern, if you can’t provide any proof of purchases. No patterns will be resent if the purchase is older than six month/180days. You will have to repurchase the pattern. The only acceptance to resending patterns is if I updated the pattern and you didn’t revive the new updated pattern.
Are your patterns only available in english?
For the moment yes, all patterns are only available in english.
Can I purchase the patterns manually?
No,I prefer that you buy from my online platforms, I do spend a fair amount of money on fees, running my business through the online shops, not only for my convenience but for all my clients. Purchasing the patterns through my website benefits us both. their is a proof of payment and you get to access your pattern at any time.
Can I sell what I make?
Yes, you can sell the toys you create from my designs. You don’t have to credit me as the designer of the pattern, although these tags are always

No, although you bought my design and sell the finished product, the pattern is still copy righted and belongs to me. You may not share the pattern to crochet groups/ crochet classes or WhatsApp Groups. You may not alter the pattern and sell it as your own. You may not design or create your own pattern by using mine as your base for your pattern.
