CROCHET LEVEL
INTERMEDIATE – You will need to know how to read a pattern and have attempted amigurumi before (crocheting in the round and oval) – Pattern starts with Magic Ring.
PATTERN DETAILS:
– This is a fully written pattern with a Photo tutorial as a guide
– The pattern is only available in English (US term crochet)
– You will be working in rounds, sometimes starting with a magic ring or chain for an oval shape
– YouTube link is provided in the pattern for tips and tricks that are on my channel
– The pattern itself consists of 8 pages (all these pages are white background with small photos, making it printer-friendly)
YARN SUGGESTIONS FOR TIGER: Parfait Chunky, Yarn Art Dolce, Himalaya Dolphine Fine, Lion Brand Velvet Spun, Sweet Snuggles Loops $ Threads/ Doux Calins.
– HOW THIS PATTERN IS CONSTRUCTED-
You’ll start at the head of the toy and work your way through the pieces to the body and legs. Each section of the toy has its own heading and explains where and in what round to attach which part of the body.
PLEASE NOTE: * This pattern hasn’t been made in a different weight yarn other than the yarn weight listed in the Photo, but it can be made in other weights or textured yarn like cotton or acrylic; there will only be a size difference in the final toy.
-WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
For the Tiger in the listing photo, you will need 3 colours of 6-weight/chunky velvet yarn, one full skein for the main part of the body, half a skein for the stripes, and quater skein for the white (I used South African yarn brand called Kismet Plush velvet yarn).

25mm – 30mm eyes
