4. The Customer agrees that the information shall be sourced directly from the
Customer, as well as from relevant third parties including relevant banking
institutions.
5. The Customer agrees that the Company may need to share the Customer’s personal
information with the Company’s contracted service providers for purposes of
processing the contractual relationship between the parties and related matters, and
expressly consents thereto.
The Customer agrees that the recipients of its information shall include the Company,
the Company’s contracted service providers (e.g. insurance service provider, banking
institutions, entities that conduct business background assessments).
7. The Customer agrees that its personal information is provided voluntarily.
Furthermore in order to ensure that the personal information is up to date, the
Customer agrees to inform the Company of any changes to the personal information
provided as and when this occurs.
8. The Customer agrees that the failure to provide the relevant personal information will
preclude the conclusion of a contract and a business relationship between the
parties.
9. The Company will make every reasonable effort to protect and secure the personal
information of the Customer.
10. The Customer can access its information at any time and ask the Company to
change or correct it by contacting the Company’s information officer.
11. The Customer has a right to request that the Company delete its personal
information in the possession of the Company if the Company no longer legally
requires it. Requests of this nature should be directed to the Company’s information
officer.
12. The Customer may object to the Company using the personal information except
when it is required to conclude business transactions with the Customer, or to fulfil
the Company’s legal obligations.
