How to dowload your patterns

Here are the steps to finding your pattern once you have purchased it.
*Once you have added the pattern to the cart and went to checkout please make sure you have entered the correct Email address to receive your pattern.
After you have successfully made a payment through Payfast DO NOT leave or exit the screen, as it will redirect you to the download page of the patterns you have purchased.
Your Order will also be sent to the Email you have entered at Checkout.
The Patterns will be sent from “Orders@yarnoverwithnatasha.co.za. Once you have received the email you will get an invoice of your purchase and on the right-hand-side will be the files to download your pattern.

If you haven’t received the Email you can check the following:


– I recommend waiting at least 10min, sometimes the server is overloaded and can take a while to send the invoice.
-Refresh your emails for any new emails coming in.
– Check that your internet is connected.
– Check your spam or promotion folder.
– Search for “Yarn over with Natasha’


The likelihood of not receiving the email can only be due to poor connection or entering the wrong address. On my end I receive a notification that the email has been sent to the buyer. If the email is not entered correctly I get notified that the email couldn’t be sent.
