This is an intermediate amigurumi pattern for a cute Musa the lion pattern! It contains detailed instructions with photos at every step.
To successfully follow this pattern you should be comfortable with crocheting in circles, creating single crochets, double crochets, and joining/sewing pieces together.
This Pattern is designed with Kismet Plush yarn but can be made in any weight yarn, as the listing shows plush lion made with Kismet velvet plush 6 weight chunky yarn. Inside the Pattern information, I do give alternative options and what hook size to use with that yarn.

One and a quarter skein of velvet plush yarn for the body, half a skein of yarn for the paws and fuller skein for the mane and tail
One Skein of kismet velvet yarn is 100g / 120m
3.5mm Crochet hook

How the pattern is constructed:
The muzzle with the head is in one section, the nose and top of the muzzle is crocheted separately and then sewed on afterwards. This pattern is a fully sewing pattern but I do include tips and tricks on how to make sewing easy.
