Welcome to Yarn Over with Natasha (“I,” “me,” or “my”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of my website and the purchase of handmade crochet toys (“Products”) from me. By accessing my website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Product Information
All crochet toys are handmade by me, Natasha, and are one-of-a-kind. While I strive for consistency, slight variations in size, shape, or color may occur due to the handmade nature of my products. Product descriptions, photos, and measurements are provided as accurately as possible, but small differences may occur.
2. Safety Disclaimer
My handmade crochet toys are designed with care and durability in mind. However, please read the following safety information carefully:
This toy can be given to small children, but for your child’s safety, please do not leave them unattended with the toy for long periods of time.
Adult supervision is recommended, especially for young children, to ensure safe and happy playtime.
The toy’s limbs are securely attached for safe play. However, excessive pulling, twisting, or spinning of the limbs may cause wear and tear over time. Please encourage gentle handling.
Some toys may contain safety eyes, although my safety eyes do meet the safety regulations, it may still be a choking hazard for children under 3 years of age. Do not leave young children unsupervised with these toys.
These toys are not intended for dogs or other pets. The yarn used is not designed to withstand chewing. If ripped open, the yarn can unravel into long strings, which may cause intestinal obstruction or death if ingested.
By purchasing my products, you acknowledge and accept these safety guidelines.
3. Care Instructions
To maintain the quality and longevity of your toy:
If washing is necessary, place the toy securely in a pillowcase and wash on a gentle setting with cold water.
Do not tumble dry.
Lay the toy flat in full shade to dry completely.
Failure to follow these care instructions may result in damage to the product, for which I cannot be held responsible.
4. Orders and Payment
All prices are listed in [ZAR/R] and are subject to change without notice.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through the payment options provided on my website.
I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at my discretion.
5. Shipping and Delivery
I aim to process and ship orders within the stated timeframes on my website, but delays may occur.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
I am not responsible for lost or delayed shipments once the product has been handed over to the courier.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the handmade nature of my products, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless the customer can proof that I did not make the toy to good standards or they did not receive what they have requested.
Any damage or defect must be reported to me within 24 hours of receiving the product, along with clear photographs.
Refunds or replacements will be issued at my discretion.
7. Limitation of Liability
I am not liable for any injury, damage, or loss arising from misuse, neglect, or failure to follow the safety and care instructions provided with my products.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, patterns, photos, and written content on this website are the intellectual property of Yarn Over with Natasha and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without my written permission.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
I reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on my website.
